Continuing Education at CARE!

CARE Counseling is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. CARE maintains the responsibility for this program and its content.

Notably, CARE is the only mental health outpatient clinic in Minnesota that has been approved by the APA to sponsor of continuing education (CE) for psychologists. At CARE, the mission is “Building a Community to Strengthen the Community,” by providing a clinical environment that embraces learning, professional growth, and a high standard of training. CARE’s training platform offers greater accessibility for their clinicians to receive quality accredited CE training, to support them in providing excellent care to the community. Clinicians can access CARE Counseling’s trainings and learn more at www.CAREcounselingVault.com.

Not all trainings offered by CARE Counseling qualify for CE for psychologists. Please see specific training details to determine which trainings qualify.

It is the responsibility of each learner to verify that continuing education earned at CARE or elsewhere meets the requirements for their State and individual license. CARE maintains attendance records of all continuing education event attendees for a period of at least three years.
